Established in 2009, S.V. Aluext has founded itself as a leader in engineered aluminium extrusion—driving innovation across diverse industries. Our precision-manufactured extrusions serve applications in architecture, hardware, transportation (road and rail), electrical and electronics, general engineering, automotive, power, consumer durables, defense, and irrigation, among others.
Our journey began under the vision of Founder & Managing Director, Shri Shivaji Akhade, who brought 30 years of industrial expertise to the mission of producing sustainable, lightweight, and versatile aluminium components. His leadership has positioned S.V. Aluext as one of India’s most respected extrusion companies.
Technical Director Shri Gautam Banerjee, a metallurgist with over five decades of experience in aluminium extrusion and engineered aluminium, plays a critical role in delivering optimal design and material solutions. His guidance consistently helps our customers achieve cost-effective, high-strength products.

We have established an advanced tool room equipped with computerized design capabilities and state-of-the-art testing equipment, including an universal testing machine, hardness tester and a spectrometer for analysing the chemical composition of various alloys used in our extrusions.
